Although very similar in design to the 6040 Series, Ciam’s Flat Series is suited for displaying products that are 1″-3″ tall. Its applications include gelato/ice cream, pastry/deli, chocolate, heated, neutral, and bain marie. These beautiful showcases feature top-of-the-line technology so that your creations are stored and displayed in ideal conditions. The combination of different glass tops, and a plethora of color and paneling options ensures that each case is unique and expressive.
