Freight is not included unless otherwise indicated on quote.

Please note that all quotes will have an additional Tariff Surcharge. This is to partially recover additional costs due to recently imposed customs duties. The tariff amount shown on this quote will be collected upon arrival of goods in the USA. We hope that this will be a temporary measure, and should changes arise, we will reevaluate this percentage.

Ciam USA is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur.

Lead time upon receipt of PO, 50% non-refundable deposit, and approved production drawings, is approximately 12-weeks (production and shipping to USA). Please consider an additional 1-2 weeks for inspection and inland freight to destination.

Airfreight in lieu of ocean freight is available upon request, for an additional fee. Shipping timeline is approximately 1-2 weeks to USA. **Airfreight dependent on cabinet type and project scope – please contact your sales representative atinfo@ciam-usa.com for additional information.

Prices are guaranteed for 30-days.

Ciam USA does not store goods; goods must be shipped within 30-days of arrival. Goods left at facility longer than 30-days will incur storage fees.

Freight claims must be handled at destination by the client.

USA/Canada Warranty (upon installation and energization, and return of filled warranty validation card(s)): 5-year compressor, 1-year parts, 90-days labor

Required ambient conditions (assumed for all quotes): 75°F / 55% Relative Humidity / No direct sunlight on refrigerated/freezer displays

Ciam USA will not be held responsible for installation and/or equipment set up. This includes electrical, plumbing or carpentry work. If refrigerated/freezer displays are not self-contained, Ciam USA will not be responsible for any refrigeration piping installation, or sizing of the condensing unit(s).

Custom designed cabinets cannot be cancelled once order is placed and production has been scheduled.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue shall lie exclusively in the State of Florida
